1. General

•By making a purchase or booking through cafemira.co.za, you agree to these terms and conditions.
•Cafe Mira reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page.
•All prices listed on the website are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.

•All bookings for cake decorating experiences are subject to availability.
•Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
•A booking is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email.
•Participants must arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session with no refund for lost time.
•Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
•Cafe Mira is not responsible for the final appearance of decorated cakes — the experience is self-guided.

•We accept card payments (Visa, Mastercard) and EFT via our payment provider, Peach Payments.
•All transactions are processed securely. Cafe Mira does not store your card details.
•In the event of a payment failure, your booking will not be confirmed. Please retry or contact us for assistance.

•Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund.
•Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session will not be refunded, but you may reschedule once, subject to availability.
•No-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled.
•Cafe Mira reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

•Cafe Mira takes reasonable care to ensure a safe environment. However, participation in cake decorating experiences is at your own risk.
•Cafe Mira is not liable for any allergic reactions. Please inform us of any allergies before your session.
•Cafe Mira is not responsible for personal belongings brought onto the premises.

•All content on cafemira.co.za — including images, text, logos, and designs — is the property of Cafe Mira and may not be reproduced without written permission.
