Refund Policy

At Cafe Mira, we want you to be completely satisfied with your experience. If you need to cancel or request a refund, please review the policy below.

1. Cake Decorating Experiences

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session will not be refunded, but you may reschedule once, subject to availability.
  • No-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled.
  • If Cafe Mira cancels a session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule to an alternative date.

2. How to Request a Refund

  • Contact us via email at info@cafemira.co.za or WhatsApp at 079 932 1404 with your booking reference number.
  • Refund requests must be submitted before the cancellation deadline (48 hours prior to the session).
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.

3. Partial Refunds

  • If you arrive late, no partial refund will be issued for the shortened session.
  • If fewer guests attend than originally booked, the difference will not be refunded. Please update your booking in advance if your group size changes.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable but are transferable.
  • Special event bookings or private hire deposits are non-refundable unless cancelled by Cafe Mira.

5. Disputes

  • If you believe a refund has been incorrectly declined, please email info@cafemira.co.za with details and we will review your case within 5 business days.
